Hydrolux Four Panel Folding Bath Shower Screen 992mm - Chrome Frame 4mm

When I got the over bath shower panel it was dented on 4 sides. Tried phoning but due to current situation got answerphone. So emailed customer services and spoke to Samantha B who couldn’t have been more helpful. She emailed me back at 11.15 on Monday and wanted photos which I sent and I explained to her that I had family coming on Wednesday and needed this urgently. She then emailed me back stating that they would replace it urgently and could I dispose of old one which I did. Then Monday about 4.15 I received an email from their warehouse saying that the new one had been dispatched to carriers and I received the replacement the next day! Seen some reviews on here criticising their customer services but in respect of my issue I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend and buy from them again... well done customer services and Samantha B . The shower screen was also good value and easy to fit - would recommend this product too .

Having trawled the internet for a foldaway shower screen which would make cleaning the bath easier than the previous screen we had, we discovered plumbworld.Not only the cheapest available including 'Big Name Stores' the attention to detail was impressive with E-mails to keep the customer fully informed of the what is actually occuring with the purchase.The screen itself was extreemly easy to fit and does the job well. As i'm 6ft tall water used to always fly over the top of our old screen but this one keeps it all in the showering area.

This shower screen is very smart and easy to fit, the silver framing working really well with the accessories and decor of my bathroom. But what really impressed me was the highly efficient and courteous way Plumbworld exchanged another shower screen which wasn't suitable for my bathroom (my fault!) for this style. It was done with the minimum of fuss and was picked up from my house when the new one was delivered. I can not recommend Plumbworld highly enough, one of the best on line services I've had in a long time.

Was initially sceptical as it was so cheap but its much better quality than my old bath screen which was twice the price to replace from my local plumbers merchant. It arrived within 3 days of ordering whilst my local merchant quoted 2 weeks delivery. Plumbers World don't wash their hands of you once they've had your money like many internet organisations. I was looking for a folding shower screen for my new shower over the bath. I had looked everywhere locally in the usual stores, but couldn’t find anything I liked or wasn’t very expensive. I found this one and was a bit hesitant because it was a low price. However I bought it and I have to say it’s really an excellent product. Even my plumber was pleased with how easy it was to fit and it looks amazing either open or folded. I am so pleased I took the time to look online. Delivery was super quick as well

I ordered the Hydrolux shower screen and Spector Bathroom Mirror on blind faith of previous reviews, first of all I commend you on your service it was a speedy delivery sooner than expected. I did not open it immediately as I feared the quality would not match physically items seen in stores but they surpass store brought. I am sad that I have not come across this company before as I would have a saved a few pennies.

I thought the levele of customer service shown by Plumb World was just outstanding. I knew where my order was every step of the way, it was great receiving e-mails from Plumb World too as there is nothing worse than ordering something and not hearing from the company again. Product was fantastic and it arrived 3 or 4 days after ordeing and considering I live in the Isle of Man I thought that was excellent.

Another happy customer. Easy to install since i was replacing an old one. Its sturdy and well made. I appear to have more room when showering since there is a good seal contact between the door and the bath. Instructions could be a little better though. I aslo disagree with just sealing the outside of the shower screen. Just purchased my second one. So happy all round.

I've never used plumbworld before but I'm pleased I did. Having just spent a lot of money fitting polished limestone wall tiles I wanted a shower screen to compliment my investment. It does just that, it looks great, built and works well, clear instructions and I'm very happy with it. Much better quality than similar units from other well known hardware stores.

I run my own plumbing and heating business and fit a wide range of bath screens. This model offers excellent value for money, is easy to install, and if positioned correctly will fold back flat againstt the wall minimising its impact in a small bathroom. Spending more money will not get a proportional increase in quality for this type of product.

Once again a quality product from Plumbworld. Installation requires two people, due to the weight and quality materials used. Installed the small silver sealing bar to the edge of the bath to complete a good seal between screen rubber and bath edge. Looks good, very happy with this product. Would recommend over far more expensive screens.

I am really impressed with this shower screen , I thought it would be flimsy ,considering this price , but but it’s heavy & sturdy , I really cannot fault it , my friends have even asked where I got it , I’m really impressed with this purchase, & the speedy delivery especially to Northern Ireland, Thank you plumb world..

Nice product at a good price. Installed in a rental property to replace existing screen. Easy to fit and works well. Instructions adequate. Would buy again assuming it lasts and is well treated by tenant. The last screen which was almost identical to the replacement lasted 8 years with various tenants. Very pleased.

Quick delivery and at a good price for the product. Easy to fit (replacement for a slightly smaller 4 panel screen) and works well to keep the shower spray inside the bath as well as being slightly longer. Design also has thinner metal fittings compared to former screen so more glass and light into the showering area.

This is brilliant, folds back and away so as to reach in and turn shower on. It doesn't leak and looks amazing. Plumbworld dispatched and delivered as promised. Had to leave a review for this shower screen as it's so practical. No screens to push in or out and have to lean around. Love it, get it. J

Easy to fit and much better than original hinged screen that came with shower bath from another supplier, and had failed on lower hinges due to weight of glass. This folding screen is lighter to operate, folds back to either side, and looks neater, works well, and seems much safer. Well satisfied.

This item was delivered very efficiently and the communication from Plumbworld team was very informative. I saved considerable amount money by using Plumbworld as the similar products were at least 50% more expensive. Thanks for great service and the product looks great in my bathroom.

The screen arrived well packed with good illustrated instrructions which were very easy to follow. All the bit were securely packed and present. The screen was easy to install and works very well. no water drips have been present on any of the joints or the seal after showering.

Well I ordered on line and the product was delivered the next day. The product is very good value for money though the instuctions needed to be read a few times before I reallly understood what I needed to do - for me pics supported by text is better than just text or just pics!!

We were originally going to get a shower curtain for our new bathroom, but came across this screen with great reviews and at a very reasonable price. This has just been installed and it looks great, and looks far more expensive than it was. Highly recommend this and would buy again.

This is a great product, good quality & looks very smart. The instructions could have been a bit clearer, perhaps some text as well as pictures? It was heavy, but we could both carry it independently; definitely needs two people to fit it. Once in position, a worthwhile project.
