Ordered this shower even though it was out of stock at the time. I was kept informed of the estimated stock arrival date by email and when it was in stock I got an email to say it was on its way. Unfortunately there was a stock picking error (two numbers were transposed) that meant we received the wrong shower but the customer service sorted it out very efficiently by email and we had the correct one the following day and the wrong one collected at the same time. I was really impressed with the prompt way the problem was corrected. The shower is a stylish and modern looking unit. It keeps the temperature steady even when the water pressure is changing due to use elsewhere in the house. On the whole a positive experience and I would definitely use plumbworld.com again.

ordering the shower was easy and delivery was quick and efficient. I chose this product because of the design and the description given by yourselves does not disappoint in anyway. My plumber found it hard to believe that it was been so simple to order and that there were no problems once it arrived. Using the shower is so easy and it looks fantastic in my new bathroom. The glass styling on the shower looks modern and it works really well with our combi boiler. Plus the thermostatic control means flushing the toilet while someone is in the shower is no longer a hanging offence in our house! The only very minor fault I can find is that (as with our old shower) the soap dish is a little bit flimsy - however as long as the kids don't hang a jumbo shampoo bottle on there it will be just fine. I would highly recommend this shower. Plumbworld price was extremely competitive and their delivery and after sales service have been excellent.

We saw this in showroom in B&Q. The most recent Mira catalogue from Birmingham NEC Home Renovation Show price is £442. I hence was convinced to buy this one rather than new £590 slate look one (not in the shop markets yet). I ordered on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday! To be honest, it is still in the package. the most valuable lesson I've learned from online shopping is to READ REVIEWS. I just want to rated this 5 stars as a electric shower. I hope to be able to fit it within a month for your extension.

I have to be honest and say it is still in the package. Just got quote to do out bathroom and have to start saving. Shower this week, tiles next month and bathroom after Christmas. Having used a competitor's product for years, changed to Mira for our newly refurbished shower room and have no regrets. Not only does this shower look good (getting many admiring comments) but is a sheer joy to use. The power and flow seem greater and the design and build quality is in a different class to my previous shower. I've only had it for some weeks, so being in a hard water area the real test will be in a couple of year's time. So far, I'm very pleased.

Item arrived very quickly and looks better than the photo's. We were really keen to avoid the plastic encased electric showers so went for this more expensive item which looks brilliant. Its not bling, just smart - unlike pretty much every other electric shower in our view. Easy to use, easy to install (I did it, apart from the electrics which were put in from scratch (c.£300 for ref)). Very powerful, good standard head that comes with it. overall very happy.

I have two Mira Azora showers, which I believe are the best on the market. One became faulty after nine years of more than daily use; shutdown took several minutes rather than seconds. Mira have a repair service, but a brand new one from Plumbworld cost only a little more than a repair. Plumbworld are far cheaper than any other retailer and delivered in a couple of days. Brilliant!

I was sceptical that this would provide the right pressure based on it was being fitted into a loft conversion en-suite and also the amount of other appliances/showers being used simultaneously in the house. But I needn’t have worried, it performs really well and the change in temperature/pressure is negligible when someone uses something else at the same time. Very impressed.

This was my first purchase from PlumbWorld and I'll definitely be back again. The Mira Azora shower I had was at the lowest price I could find anywhere. The local branch of a well known nationwide plumbing company told me they could not buy it in at the price PlumbWorld were selling it for! All this and top notch service, what more could you ask for 10/10 guys, well done.

Beautifully and thoughtfully made. But not only are the looks good, the shower is both powerful and responsive with no hot/cold issues. You could be mistaken for thinking you bought a power shower. The only let-down - it is expensive. However, I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for (most of the time), and if you are prepared to pay, you won't be disappointed.

When I saw this stylish electric shower I was very excited as all the others I had seen looked very plastic.I love the opaque glass front, I wanted an electric shower that gave a good flow of water and this one fits the bill. There is an on-off switch and so your heat setting stays set. I bought from plumb world whose price was very competitive and so win win win!!
