★★★★★After looking at various pumps to replace a 30 year old used every day mira pump this one looked a decent replacement for what we wanted. The build quality of this pump is good, having brass fittings seems like a good move for pump longevity. The pump came with flexible 22mm push hose fittings, useful but we did not need these. Maybe the pump is a little more expensive than some with plastic impeller housings but now the pump is fitted and hoping the pump will last several years the price is Ok. The pump when in use is quite quiet, a lot quieter than our old pump, the noise level is very acceptable. I suspect that an antivibration mat would be a waste of time and money. We used slightly longer flexible hose fittings than those supplied that maybe helped a bit to isolate noise due to pump vibration. The power cable fitted was a bit too short for our installation and it was an easy job to replace the supplied cable with a longer one. It does not take a lot of water flow for the pump to turn on which is good. Water pressure for a single shower is a good compromise between enough pressure and not running the hot water out too quickly becuase we have a fairly small hot water tank. We have had this pump for a couple of months now, given that we do not know longer term reliability, starting again would I buy this pump again yes I would.

★★★★★I purchased an ST Monsoon 2 bar to replace a cheap pump that had failed after shortly over a year - I thought it would be fine as it was only having to work one shower but was wrong. Having been let down I went for this as a friend recommended Stuart Turner pumps as being very good quality. This is over-spec for what I need but I wanted to go for something that could handle the current set up but also any additions in the future. It has been in for around 3 weeks and it is light years better than the other one. The noise is massively reduced, and I mean massively. All pumps make some noise but this is really quiet by comparison. The pressure is absolutely fine for what I need and produces a good strong shower. If you are unsure about whether to get something like this or a cheaper alternative i would really recommend going with this. There is no substitute for quality and you will just end paying more in the end as I have done if you go for a cheap option. Delivery from Plumbworld was great, lots of good communication and it arrived when they said it would in good condition.

★★★★★This is the first water pump I have purchased on recommendation from my bathroom installer. I needed a pump to boost the power to my new showers. First impressions were that the delivery service was exceptionally fast and the item was well packaged. The quality of the product was excellent and once fitted worked as expected by my bathroom installer. The price was very competitive which is a huge positive. I have never had a water pump for boosting shower output in my house before so did not know what to expect in terms of noise. To be honest the pump does create a different noise in my airing cupboard which I hadnt anticipated. Im sure the noise will blend into the background once I get used to it. My new bathroom refurbishment is fantastic and without the water pump I can now appreciate that my existing water pressure would not have provided the showering experience I wanted. I would definitely recommend Plumbworlds water pumps.

★★★★★I purchased the Stuart Turner Monsoon 2 bar pump which was replacing a similar Watermill pump . I say similarbut the only similarity between the two pumps I can think of is that they both run off electricity! The new pump is in an absolutely different league.... Admittedly its over double the price of the old one but its so better quality which results in it being much quieter than the previous pump. You could hear throughout the house whenever someone used the shower before but now you dont hear a thing! I had to reroute a bit of pipework to fit the Monsoon as the (not so flexible but amazing quality) flexible hoses that come with it were a different length to my previous ones but all so worth it to get this pump installed.... The 2 bar pump runs a single shower and is plenty powerful enough....Plus a 5 year warranty! If you are thinking of getting a new pump stop umming and arring and buy a Monsoon..... You wont regret it.

★★★★★I purchased a Stuart Turner 2.0 Bar Monsoon Pump 10 years ago. It was not until recently I had some issues with the water flow detector switch going intermittent that I had to replace it (some of this may have also been down to limescale but spares didn't seem to be available anymore). The motor itself was still going strong. The replacement choice was a no brainer really as the previous one was so reliable and Plumbworld had the best price. The new model is very similar with a different control board mounting but otherwise looks much the same. When its running the new model is much quieter. Here's hoping for another 10 years !. I would fully recommend this as 2.0 Bar gives loads of pressure.

★★★★★I bought this pump as a replacement for a Watermill unit that had failed after some 5 or 6 years. Whilst I was happy with the performance and longevity of the old pump it was very noisy in operation which was really annoying. I was a little apprehensive paying the extra money for this Stuart Turner pump but on the back of the reviews that I had read stating that it was very quiet I went ahead with the purchase. I have to say it was money well spent. I can hardly hear this pump running and compared to the old one it's like night and day. I would not hesitate in recommending it to others. You will not be disappointed! 10/10.

★★★★★I have replaced a very noisy Grundfos 'STC-2.0 C' which has only given 2+ years light duty service. Also running a 15+ year old Mira PPT-3 on a 2nd. shower [would have got another but no longer manufactured] so I used this as a benchmark to purchase the Monsoon pump. Well I did not think I would find a better pump than the PPT-3 as it has been so good BUT the Stuart Turner Monsoon has topped it. It looks and feels like a very well engineered bit of kit and it is ever so quiet [better than the PPT-3] which to me is very important. Good value when discounted and it comes with a 5 year warranty.

★★★★★Bought as a replacement to a very noisy pump. The difference is incredible. The only noise comes from the water refilling the cold water tank. Although the same pressure rating as the old pump it seems more powerful. An excellent purchase. I scheduled the delivery for a Saturday, being the day I was going to be at home and this was confirmed by Plumbworld, only to receive a message from the carrier, DHL, that delivery would be on the following Monday. Annoyed is putting it mildly. Product rating 5, delivery rating 1.

★★★★★I bought a stuart turner monsoon pump for my shower from Boundary Bathrooms, I have used BB before and as usual the service was quick and efficient. The item came by a respected carrier, well packed and no faults. The delivery charge was very reasonable too. It was half the price quoted by my local builders store. My plumber has just fitted it and wow! what a difference. Its quiet and the shower is now everything we expected it to be. We had a 2 bar which is connected to both our main shower and en-suite.

★★★★★Having replaced 2 shower pumps over the last 3 years I decided to go for the more expensive Stuart Turner Monsoon pump. My plumber fitted it for me. When we switched it on we had to check it was working...it was so quiet compared to the Grudfos pump that it was replacing. A month in and we have no complaints whatsoever.

★★★★★Exceeded my expectations by quite a long way. Powerful, quiet, and very easy to plumb in. So glad I chose a quality branded pump. Highly recommended. Courier delivered following my order on the day following my order with Plumbworld for the standard shipping price so was very happy all round.

★★★★★I was looking to replace my old shower pump and read the reviews online for this model, it was slightly more expensive than my previous pump but the extra cost was well worth it. This pump is much quieter and more efficient than the old one and in my opinion is money well spent.

★★★★★Brilliant pump compared to old one. We had a Salamander pump which was a lot more noisy than this Stuart Turner one. Plumber fitted it with no problem. Plumbworld ws the best price by far and ordering ver straightforward. I will certainly use them again.
