Cooker hoods, sometimes know as kitchen extractors, are fitted, normally above ovens, to remove any smoke, grease, fumes or steam from your kitchen. This is done by either recirculation or extraction, and can either be sent straight outside via ducting or back into the kitchen after being filtered.
